Hi, I've been working at a company delivering appliances to house for almost two years, at one of the delivery i end up damaging a driveway (private road sink in ) it was a thin black top road, my employer is making me pay for towing, drive way and truck damage. Can they do that? I ask them why don't they use their insurance and the answer was cause their rates will go up.

I have been sued for 1200.00 dollars for out of pocket expenses for medical bills by my neighbor how attack me and than lied in court ant the what ever she was believed her in stead of me and I did not do. Can they take my car? I am Social Security. All I have is my car that I still owe on. I go back and forth to the doctor and school for my AA. If they take my car I can not make it. I am below poverty level . not even 1,000.00 a month. Do I need to file for exemptions on my car and which one should I use. Do I have to file bankruptcy to file for exemptions? Or am I ok? Please help I have only a little time left I want to file an appeal & reconciliation.

My family and I have a lease for property. Today we received a notice taped to our door stating that there was going to be a "notice of trustee's sale" on the property. What rights do we have in this situation? Is this considered our 30 day notice to vacate? What action or responsibility does the management company have in this situation?

I am a grandmother of four children and their mother continues to take them to GA every year and bring them back every year. This year she is taking them for good, but they dont want to be there. I am looking for a way to get them back to MS, but i dont have money for a lawyer. She had the law on her side so I am asking if there is a way to get my grandchildren back home with me?

Hello, my parents marriage is negatively evolving..it is evolving drastically. A couple of days ago my stepdad pulled a gun on my mom in front of my younger brother. My younger brother explained this event to me and older sister. He also stated that he had to intervene between my parents. I am very worried for my mother, but I do not know where to start helping legally and fast.

my wife asked me to leave the house 9 months ago. We now live in 2 different counties. She is very controlling of the time that i can spend with my daughter. So, I would like to go to court in order to let them set up some sort of visitation with my daughter for me, something more concrete than just my ex's wims and how she's feeling on the days I want to see my daughter. How do I go about filing for visitation rights. Please help- I am missing my daughter terribly and I know I should be able to see her. Thank You

Can my apartment evict me and my children for having a roomate live with me who is not on the lease? my boyfriend cannot be put on the lease due to a previous eviction years ago. Ive never been late on rent and have not violated any terms of the lease. I have 4 months left til my term is up.
