My son is 17 and in high school with twins on the way. What is his finacial obligation while in school? Can the mother come after my husband and I for child support? The mother is of legal age and out of school, so do the courts take that into consideration?

How can I be eligible for the first offenders program? Since this is my first offense. I have recently been charged with a class 6 felony. I am getting the run around from my apartment complex about my final move out fees and charges. Every time I speak with them it is a COMPLETELY different story. I am not technically on a lease I haven't signed paperwork there since December 2013. I just moved out in November I just want to know if I am responsible for 30/60 days notice which I've already given but they keep changing their story everyday.

I have a landlord that am renting from, have been at my residence for 3 years now,We had an agreement to fix the home for down payment to buy.So my husband and really got to work on the home as it was going to be ours, So now she wants us to move in 30 days now all the work is done The time we here she acted like it was a big deal to fix things ,had the kids bathroom full of mold making them sick and termites like crazy. We had fixed roof never got payed labor and cleaned hurricane damage and trees never got paid or taken off rent.Now the home is NiCE she wants us out should she have to pay
