I am working with a gentleman who is receiving Social Security Disability (SSD) payments. The SSD is his only income. He has almost half the of SSD check garnished for child support. Is there any way he can have this amount reduced? Who could he go to for assistance with this?

Can the father of our child bar his sister (our child's Aunt) from visiting if I agree to allow the visits? She has been in our child's life since birth and would often babysit.

I rent a house and the contract will expired on 01/31/2020. On 01/03/2020 I gave the tenants a notice to NOT renew the lease agreement and advised them to have the property vacated by 02/05/2020. The tenants now said they don't wanna moved out because they have been paying the rent and I will caused them changes and stress to their kids... what should I do? I need to sell that house. My husband and I have been separated for 3 months and I have been live back in the reservation since. He lives and is stationed in Jacksonville, FL. We have a son together. My son and I are both registered members on the Navajo nation. Would I be able to file for divorce on the Navajo nation? I would like for my son and I to stay here, would I be able to take full custody since he is in the military?

Do I need a sole custody order for my son if he lives with me, I take care of him, his "sperm donor" has never really been there, has verbally acknowledged that he's his but wants a Dna test for peace of mind (I don't want a dna test cuz it's against my religious beliefs), he has no father listed on the birth certificate, do I still need an order? Can he take my son away from me even tho he can't take care of him?
