In 2001 I co-signed with my daughter to purchase a single-wide mobile home. She lived in the mobile home for 13yrs. It's financed with XXXX located in Tennessee, and there's still a balance of $16,000. My daughter had to move out due to her family increasing and the need for more room. I'm a retired senior citizen and do not have the money to pay for it. What can I do to keep it from being on my credit report?

If a trailer is in your name in a mobile home park and some one else signed the rental agreement then they laeve the trailer with aa balance owed because the trailer is in your name are you responsible even if you signed nothing with the traiker park

I built a room in the backyard of my grandfathers home. I paid for everything myself . My grandfather pointed to a space in back where I could build me a room for me and my two kids. I have joint legal and physical custody of my daughter (12). The access schedule we agreed to equals exactly 50/50 physical custody. Because of my work schedule (2:30-11:00pm M-F), my current wife and family members pick my daughter up from school and care for her in the evenings during the week. My question is, would a judge penalize me for not being the one physically with her during those times when figuring child support?
