I WANT TO ENROLL HER IN SCHOOL, TAKE HER TO DOCTORS AND DENTISTS APPT AND EVERYTHING ELSE A MOTHER SHOULD DO. ?

And that it was my responsibility to know this about my dog and to inform them. They are no longer charging me as of July as I have now documented that the dog is exempt
  • I was arrested for a gun charge when I was 19. The case against me was dismissed with prejudice. The arrest is showing up when a background check is completed for work. How can I get the arrest expunged? This record is preventing employment.
  • My family just moved out of a rental house where we lived for 5 years. In the original lease, and verbally ever since then (even in March of this year) the landlord said we would not have to pay for the condition of the carpeting when we moved out because he was going to replace it. The carpet was not damaged, but needed deep cleaning. Now the landlord says we owe $400 over and above our security deposit. He lists $500 for carpet cleaning. Can he do this? What can we do? Thanks
