I have been divorced from my two daughters' father for six years, and have remarried. The past two years I have been a full-time stay-at-home mom, collecting zero income and zero child support. I'm looking to modify child support to receive some assistance with my daughters' expenses. My ex-husband has been refusing to give any financial information to generate a calculation or worksheet. Is it legal for him to withhold that information?

The mobile home I rent was severely damaged in a monsoon storm back in May of this year. The entire roof was ripped off and in some areas (my bedroom ) I was able to see the sky! It took a little over a week before they had someone come START repairs. During the wait the rain continued. My roof was repaired However, the water damage in the inner ceiling has not. My ceiling is caving in and the mold in my bathroom is visible . The manager is NEVER in the office and I don’t know how to get them to repair it. My rent and utilities continue to be paid in full each month some help please

My court order has required me to pay for medical insurance for my daughter which I have done. My court order also states that each party is responsibe for one half of all uncovered medical expenses. We currently are in a situation where our medical deductible has not been met therefore a total hospital bill is due in the amount of $2200 for my daughter. My ex wife is refusing to pay her half...what do I need to do?

I'm an owner/landlord of a single family home, which I rented to an individual with an option to purchase. He never exercised the option, and eventually defaulted on rent, and moved out. Problem is I recorded in the public record a document showing that he paid an amount toward the purchase of the house. I should not have done this because now I cannot refinance or sell the property due to a 'cloud on title. I contacted former renter to sort out issue, but he refuses to cooperate - leaving me stuck. What are my options ? Thx

My son's ex-girlfriend is pregnant. She claimed he was the father. She has a history of mental health issues. She will not tell him where she lives, who her doctor is or what hospital she's going to. They were getting along OK until he said he wants a paternity test. He wants to be responsible if the baby is his. Can a court get her address to serve a subpoena and make her do the paternity test?

Hello we recently had our wedding at a country club in Scottsdale. We have had multiple complaints that there were people under age being served liquor at the wedding. The country club even admitted to serving to one of the people. I have been going back and fourth with them in regards to why they were not asking for ID and they are coming up with an answer for everything. We already reported to country club that they were serving to minors but we want to know what we can do in regards to getting some of our money back. We paid almost 8000 for our wedding and had issues that night becuase of under age drinking and complaints. Out expectation of the country club was to ID people since we paid for an open bar. Is there anything else I can do besides reporting them? Thank You
