QUESTIONS

  • I was on diversion, and finished the program but never paid the money, and basically jumped diversion what would be the best way to begin dealing with my warrant?
  • This problem is strange. My daughter's ex-sister-in-law is demanding to have personal phone calls and visits with my 15 yr. old granddaughter and is usurping my daughter's parental authority. My daughter has informed her ex-sister-in-law she is forbidden any further personal contact with my granddaughter. The ex-sister-in-law lashed out saying she was taking my daughter to court. This woman is ludicris in thinking a legal case could ever get started. My daughter is a wonderful responsible mother and my granddaughter is having teenage tantrum issues. Question: Is this a legal case at all?
  • what if the father is not on the birth cert. Will i still need to get his consent to change my sons last name?
  • I understand that the age of adulthood is 18 in Arizona. While it may seem like a silly question, I wanted to make absolutely sure that this applies to my high school's ability to require parental consent or signatures, or notify my parents without my permission. They seem to be under the impression it does not. If this does apply to the school, I assume a simple state issued I.D. would suffice to prove my age?
  • My home was to be foreclosed on 6/13/14 my husband and I filed for bankruptcy on 6/11/14 and advised Ocwen, our servicer and provided the case # to them, Ocwen in turn advised us that there would be NO foreclosure that they would put a hold on it. About a week after that we received notice of the foreclosure sale date having been moved up to 7/8/2014, I again called and they advised me that there was NO sale due to the bankruptcy filed, then in next 2 weeks I had people coming to change locks on my doors which didn't happen bur was advised that my home was now REO that it had been foreclosed.
  • I live out of the US but I have a misdemeanor warrant for my arrest in Yuma County. I want to quash the warrant so that I can freely pass into the country and appear before the court to address the charges on my own account. Is there a way to go about this by doing it myself?

  • I have lived /owed my condo for 13 years and yes, it's a HOA issue. My HOA has had judgements and liens against several units, both owned by past directors. A new board member purchased them at very awesome price, no one else knew they were for sale, no notice. The " Management Company " said that even though the HOA put those liens/judgements in place, it's still up to the previous to pay back the HOA. Please , please HELP me understand this issue and many others associated with this board. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
  • our neighbors (who are very good friends) were recently evicted for not paying rent and a bug spraying charge of 76 dollars the manager is telling she will evict us if they come to visit us can she do this my mother is bedridden and we live on a very strict budget
  • If I was married when I adopted my daughter and I was the only one to sign the papers that day because my husband had to work, does my husband have any legal rights to our daughter?
