I live in San Diego now, but was receiving UI from Arizona. My benefits were cut because I am in a training program that pays a stipend. UI insists that the stipend is income, but no taxes were taken out. I need to file an appeal.

Mtg of my apt complex wrote my contract for 5 month but noted it is a 6 mo contract. It was to be a 6 month contract not 5. what shall I do? Noted in the contract says I have to give a 30 day notice to vacate which would have been the end of Jan.

I have signed the birth certificate and acknowledgement of paternity. Now i did a at home DNA test and find out the kids is not mine and i am paying child support. the kid is 2 years old how can i remove my name from the birth certificate? The mom is not collaborating.

I have twin girls that are 9 months old. The biological father has had no contact since they were born. I took him to court for child support. He now has started paying child support and want 50% legal custody.He still does not want any contact with them but would like his rights go to his mother. My ex-girlfirend attacked me with a crow bar and split open the back of my head and when I called the police they were trying to make it seem like I was the one who had done something wrong can I go to the police station on my own and file a report there? Also I wanted to know if I am able to go and make a report on my own will she be charged with anything?

I have a balloon payment due this November. And I believe my house isn't even worth what I owe at this point. Is someone willing to lend in these cases? Should I be shopping for a fefinance this early? I know we are negative, but we love our house and know it will rebound one day, just need to get through this hard time. Any idea's? Thanks, Tomm
