What do I do? The father of my child lied under oath about how much he makes working and how much he helps support our child and the judge did not ask for any type of paperwork of information to support what he claimed?

Can I file for back child support for a child I raised for eight years if I did not originally ask for child support? Custody changed to the mother about a year and a half ago where she did not ask for child support and now she is filing for it.

If the divorce decree states that the father is responsible for dental costs for our children, must he carry dental insurance?? If not and he claims he is unable to pay the 2/3 of he medical/dental that is not covered by insurance what action can I take to get him to pay?

I was influenced to redo a Secondary motor vehicle finance transaction. A rep from the office called and urged me to go in, cash out on my loan, and do another one. I told them I no longer own the vehicle and they said it's okay and come in anyways. I am now being sued for defaulting on the loan but I was wondering if I could fight it? The contract was signed under false pretenses.

My mother was served papers from the other Grandparent. I was never served since I don't live there anymore. The grandparent filed for grandparent rights and according to Family Court Case Information - Case History it says "DEFAULT/REGARDING PETITION FOR GRANDPARENT VISITATION". I was never served and just found out about it today. There were summons in May. What do I do now? I don't want it to go into default and her get what she wants.

I have been approved for FMLA and I have resubmitted forms 3 times already for clarification on how many times I need to be away from my job to tend to my daughter who has renal failure and my job keeps requesting the Dr. to give specific dates and times I need to be away when my daughter condition is unpredictable. We don't know how many times out of the month she will become sick and I have to leave work. Am I being harassed by my employer?
