I just recently bought a trailer that sit within a trailer park. I have the title in my name, paid the rent and respect the rules of the lot. However the landlord won't let my father live in the trailer. My father is 59 and I bought the place for him. However he's not allowed to live there. Can the landlord do that? I'm not breaking any rules of the lot. I own the trailer. My father never committed a crime.

My car was recently repossessed. I spoke w/ the fa dept wanting to pay everything I need to pay to get it out and set my pymts up for weekly. The dept is telling me I have to wait 7-8 days for a letter to be generated and recd before I can make my pymt. Meanwhile, im getting charged storage fees everyday when I could just pay for it. Do I have to wait to receive a letter telling me I already know what happened and what I need to do? I want to pay today to get my car out.

My lease agreement with my landlord ended in November 2018. We are still living in the Unit, but she gave us a notice to vacate by april 6th 2020. She never made us sign another lease agreement for the last year and a half. I'm choosing to move out March 12th but the landlord is saying I still have to pay March's rent because my roommate is staying until March 31st. Am I obligated to stay and pay March's rent even though there is no new lease agreement and I signed a notice to vacate by April 6th. Which I'm leaving before that.

Our former estate lawyer failed to pay for 'records storage' (among which were our wills and trust) and now that we need them because we need to update our trust, the company won't release them to us. How can we get the company to release our papers? We are willing to pay an access fee.
