I lost my parental rights to my kids. I have since been clean for 13 months. I want to get in touch with the adopted parents. I want to be in my kids life. I dont know where to start though.

My ex-boyfriend has three different jobs. One of them is a firefighter job where he works at strait 36 hour shift so he’s free the majority of the week to work another full-time job. He also works another side job once a week. Because of him working 6, 10 hour plus shifts a week, amongst other issues with him I get little to no help with our infant daughter. This has drastically decreased the hours I can work and my income. He is telling me that legally he will only have to pay me child support from one of his jobs only and not all of them. Is this true?

I left a job to work with another dentist for a better opportunity this dentist offer me what i was looking for plus training since I didnt know the program he works with.to my surprise his office manager never gave me training or allow me to use the computer all i did was sit there. after 2 weeks he waited 30min before i had to at work to call me and tell me it wasnt working. now i'm left with out a job what are my rights?? their is something I can do. I live in arizona. he even wanted me to leave my pervious job a week early to work for him and he did this. please give me a good advise

I have been trying to go through the Department of Children's Services to get my ex wife (who lives in Alabama) to pay child support for almost 3 years now. Is there anything I can do through the legal system to finally get this resolved? Three years is an awfully long time to get a mother to pay child support when it took her a matter of weeks to get the court to issue an income withholding order on me when she was the custodial parent.

My father in law had a stroke in April of 2013 and has been unable to pay his credit card debts including a home equity line of credit through State Farm. He owns a home here here in Phx but has since been relocated to be with other family members in Napa, Ca. in a group home. He receives his usual SS benefits and a small pension of $120 per month, he is also getting his aid and attendance from the V.A. The problem is this, all of his benefits go to his care and he is unable to pay his credit card debts. Since he is no longer living here we are paying his house payment along with the State Farm home equity line of credit since that is like a second mortgage I believe. My question is how do we keep the house in the family and eliminate his credit card debt? which is probably around $20,000. The house doesn't have any equity in it or if it does, it's not much. I am a father of 3 boys,ranging from 8 to 15. when they come over is it ok to get them to help me with yard work or not??according to their mom they are to not do anything but sit and watch tv. if that happens they are to immediatelly call her and she would come pick them up.
