I'm on the board of my HOA and one of our new members is performing tasks around the property that are not authorized. He's even contact the City of Mesa police to have a vehicle ticketed on the property. When attempted to discuss the issue with the board member he became VERY hostile by verbal comments and threats. What actions do we as a board need to take in order to remove him? And is there any legal recourse that we need to abide by?

I am helping my daughter, who lives out of state and has guardianship of her father, move him to an assisted living facility. He has diagnosed dementia and severe major depressive disorder. He now lives independently in an apartment. His primary care doctor feels it is no longer safe for him to live alone. Under Arizona law, is there a way she can terminate his lease early without paying all the penalties and the stipulated two months rent since his move is for health reasons?

If our garage broke, we could close it, and our property manager stated "their repair guy" could not come for 2 days and we had to secure the premises; we had to pay $350 for a repair man to JUST shut the door. 2 days later "their repairman" came and replaced the door. Now my landlord, per the property manager, is saying he will only give us $65 back since we didnt use "their repairman"! I have all of the emails as that is the ONLY way to speak with our property manager.

My child was unaware non custodial parent existed . They show up months ago requesting to meet child & now is demanding parenting time . Essentially I feel as though my child was abandoned by none custodial parent & would like to know what rights to custody and parenting time the absent parent is allotted to if any after being absent for 6 years?
