My mother recently passed away and her will states that everything is to be divided among my 2 sisters and I. She has a house with a loan on it, a vehicle that is paid for(that my oldest sister now has), property that my other sister and her husband say is now theirs and I have only small things. The house is to go to the three of us but I can't get any info from my older sisters about it. And now my nephew and his girlfriend and son are living in the house and paying my older sister. What can I do ??

My spouse and i both have a retirement plan thru our employer. We are 38 and 40 years old and getting divorced. Since we both have our own retirement plan, do we each get 1/2 of the others during a divorce? this seems silly? How does the court view this scenario? If only one spouse had a retirement plan i could see the division of it but it seems if both parties have a retirement plan, you would just keep your own?

We have all the legal documents stating her house is now our house but have no idea what to do about getting him out. How does eviction work when he's got no rights to the house or anything else?

They had their license suspended two days later and can not do any work until it is renewed. Now the company has changed names and license numbers. Is my contract with them void? Can I get my down payment back. No work has been done. The company will not return my calls. Should I file in small claims court?
