I am SMI and severely physically and mentally disabled. I have trouble communicating. An employee that works in the office always treats me poorly and treats my non disabled friend and tenant normally. She recently called cops on me and tried to force me to leave office w/o info while discriminating against me talking about if I would “stop running [my] mouth” + more abuse. I still don’t have info. Makes it hard for me. Do I have recourse?

I don't know if you can help us or maybe direct us to someone who can. KayKay Properties took over as managers of our apartment building. This is not an assisted living facility, but regular low income senior apartments. I am one of the original tenant and the other original tenants and we have gone through several managers. But this company has come in and is trying to dictate to us, change rules that make so sense and threaten with evictions. We have been told that none of our grandchildren under the age of 18 can spend the night with us anymore, if they do, we will be evicted. If someone is on medical marijuana they can't smoke it in their apartment, they have to leave the building and smoke in the parking lot. If they smoke in the building they will be evicted. We can't go to check out mail in our robes, if we do we will be evicted. They will spray for roaches, but we have to count the number of dead ones, and if they have to spray again we have to pay for it. If we don't pay for the exterminator, we will be evicted. If any of us are ill and need family or friends to help us, we have to let management know who they are, where they work and how much they make, if not...you guessed it, we will be evicted. i live in a 55 plus mobile home park that then was a safe clean adult park with no pets, since it has become a mess no maintaining of weeds or roads, amenities (pool, shuffleboard, pool table areas or clubhouse) fountains non working bathrooms unclean, water and sewage leaking in places and now park is no longer a 55 plus that i see and dogs and cats everywhere and most not on leashes, skirting and carport awnings missing or hanging down, when brought to management their response is don;t like it move.. thats not a option right now cause they have caused a depresiation of my home considerably

Basically what happened is I signed a year lease with my landlord. We completed the entire year and moved out. Turns out they auto enrolled us into month to month without our consent. The bill started to rack up and we had no knowledge of it. They end up gettig a judgement against us without anyone of our knowledge. Its been about 4 years and i found out recently. Is there anyway i can dispute this? Do i not deserve my day in court?

Hoping I picked the right category. In January of this year (2017) I received a 1099-C from the bank cancelation of debt from a Home Equity Line. Does the bank need to release the lien or deed that was recorded when the HEL was established? How do I know they truely forgave the debt or if there is still some backdoor for them to collect should I sell or refi the home? I only received the 1099-C nothing else. And at the Maricopa recorders office no release was recorded. What do I need to do to have them release it. Is there a time frame that the bank is required to file a release?
