  • Landlord was notified about roach problem. Landlord hired pest control services. Three months later, previous pest control services had no effect. Tenant notified landlord. Tennant hired own pest control services. Pest problem going down. Today, water heater caught fire and now needs replaced. Cause of fire is most likely the roaches. Can Tennant break lease legally and without reprocussions or have rental payment returned?
  • I currently have a 80/20 home mortgage. The first is with one lender and is a 30 year fixed. The second is with a different lender and is a 15 year balloon fixed. Does Arizona's non deficiency stipulation apply to both loans or just the first. I am concerned about foreclosing and then being pursued in collection by the second loan holder.

  • I had been taken to court for eviction. At court the parks attorney dismissed the case with prejudice. I was told that the management would contact me. Then for the next 6 months they refused every month to take my rent. Now after all that time I want to sell my trailer and the park won't let me remove it and say I have to now pay over 7000 dollars in back rent. Can they do this.
  • I am new to Arizona so I am not aware, but I move here in August listed in my lease it says my rent in $874.00 the amount for taxes is not listed however I am charged taxes. Also my lease says if I am late on my rent after the 2nd there is a late fee of $50 and thereafter it will be $10. After the 5th day I received a 5 day notice on my door in which they charged me $25 for putting a 5 day notice on my door and they taxed the $25. That amount is not in my lease. Is this legal? shouldn't both the tax amt and the 5 day notice fee be listed in my lease?
