  • How much time must you give a tenant to move out?
  • I had a DUI in 2005. I thought everything was done. In 2014 the court issued a warrant for my arrest ( I found out because they suspended my concealed weapons license ) .I called the city court and they said it was over a DUI in 2005. I went to court , and the judge said I did not do 36 hours of alcohol treatment. I had receipts for traffic school, MADD school, level 1 school . The attorney I had, when I called him, said that a retired judge was going back thru all the DUI cases because Tucson was broke and was trying to get more money from everybody. Is this legal after 9 years?
  • If a parent has court ordered supervised visits with specific day, time, and location designated by the court are they able to see their children outside of this court ordered time and place?
  • I recently rented a house from an individual. To my surprise, after paying all the rent for first month, is that the person I rented this from has signed a relocation agreement with the bank and forced us out of the household in less than a month. Under what statues am I able to pursue this individual? The lease still has 5 months left in contract and we've since been locked out of the household and the landlord has taken a few appliances and other belongings. Thanks in advance!

  • I am renting a house with my family of 4. Our landlord is selling the house, and they told us they are going to put a lockbox on the house for showings. 1. Do we have a right to reject this for safety? 2. We need to provide "reasonable" access. How many showings a week would be reasonable? We want to tell them we will only allow X amount of showings per week. What would this number roughly be?
  • I recently had my DUI conviction vacated. It it my understanding that I must contact all databases that contain my conviction and inform them of the fact that it has been vacated so that they may update their system. If this is so, how do I go about doing this? I need all potential employers, etc. to see that the conviction has been set aside. Thank you.
  • How do I get emergency dental
  • Is there a "lemon law" for refridgerators. We have a fridge less than 4 years old, the compressor went out and GE fixed it without charge. Then a month and a half later the freezer stopped working. It was repaired, then broke again one month later. Repair men have been out to the house multiple times and can't fix it. GE is stating that they will give us a discount on a new model but will not replace under the limited 5 year warranty. Do we have any legal rights in AZ? Thank you.
