  • How can I negotiate a reduction in the amount garnished by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • I purchased a mobile home in 55+ almost 2 years ago. I only pay lot rent monthly for lot #46. Today I received an additional email with an additional separate bill of $32 which said "Lot 47 occupied by Unit 46 extra lot fee charge". I was unaware the mh I purchased 2 years ago was on more that 1 lot, nor does any lease agreement or purchase paperwork state anything about my mh sitting on a double lot. This is the first I am hearing of this. Out of the blue they are billing me for a partial additional lot. Can they legally do that after 2 years? Space/Lot #47 is not mentioned anywhere.
  • Upon my mothers death, I inherited her home in a 55+ park. The manager has tried to tell me I cannot stay there because I am only 49. When I pointed out this had been addressed in original contract, she was not happy. Since then, she has spread negative rumors to other tenants, including derogatory remarks regarding my sexual orientation.   • I am a senior and live in 202 HUD housing. Management just put notices up on my apartment building: "No Mask No Entry." Is my apartment building considered a Public Place/Setting according to the new Tucson/Pima County Ordinances regarding Face Coverings? If so, and I refuse to wear one technically I could be restricted access to my apartment.
  • My ex-husband has been out of the picture for over 3 years. No child support, no contact with the three kids for this entire time. I re-married and my husband and I have taken care of them. I have full custody of my kids and wish to terminate his parental rights due to lack of contact and failure to be there for them in every sense of the word. He also lives in a different state and could have supervised visitations if he wanted to but has chosen not to. There’s also a history of domestic violence and alcoholism from his part therefore the supervised visitations.
  • I have a question regarding medical insurance. When we were divorced 11 years ago my ex husband was ordered to carry the medical insurance on our son. He was fired from his job about a year ago and found something else that did not have medical insurance so he applied for a "discount" medical card. I have since put our son on my medical insurance to make sure that he has the best coverage. Is there any way to have him pay the premium?
