  • my sons grandma has gardianship of my son i still have my rights as a mother to legally be able to see him she cant keep him from me can she
  • I am planning to leave my partner, who is verbally and sometimes physically abusive. We live together with our 4 year old daughter. If I take my daughter to live somewhere else (in state) would it be considered kidnapping? I plan on getting an emergency order of protection the following day as soon as the court opens. I want to make sure I am not breaking any law by removing her from her home.
  • my brother and I are Coconino County Superior Court appointed guardian/conservator for my mother who has recently died. How do we terminate this arrangement with the court? It is also time for the annual report to the court. There is less than $60 in the estate.
  • We signed a 4 month lease at an RV Storage facility to rent a 60' space for our 20' trailer, because we were told only 60' spaces were available. After parking the trailer in the assigned space we discovered it is not 60' but 40', which rents for $75 per month. The facility continues to insist it's a 60' space, refuses to measure it & refuses to change our rental rate to $75. They only offer to move us to "another" 60' space as a solution.   • I bought a refurbished tv on ebay. The first one was broken, I paid $51 to send it back to get another one, it too was broken, I had to pay another $51 to send it back andget another. It too is broken but now they won't take it back, told me it had a 1yr manufactureres warranty so I called them, they said itdoes not. Now the original sellers aren't responding. Can I file a civil suit for the almost $500 in thistv that is still broken?

We don't want to move but we don't think it's fair to have to pay late fees considering they agreed their fault for dragging their feet on repairs.
