My husband has had 2 work related injuries where he suffered concussions, traumatic brain injuries & frontal lobe brain injury. Over time, his personality is changing for the worse & he's constantly verbally abusining me & my daughter & he completely loses his temper over nothing. Now he's threatening to open a new account for his SSD income & for the work comp annuity which is the majority of our income. He says he wants a divorce & is going to get an apartment & he's going to stop making the house payments. I know this is due to his TBI but what can we do to protect ourselves?

My wife and I are separated and will file for divorce. She is refusing to let me see my girls who are 9 & 11. I am a good dad who does not do anything illegal, never committed domestic violence or other crime. Up to this point, I have raised and cared for my girls with the most love. It is killing me not to be able to see them. Can she keep them from me? What can be done until the divorce papers are filed? What are my rights?

I left my abusive husband almost 6 years ago and have been trying to get divorced but the lawyers and he are dragging their feet because I'm paying him support. I recently found out that he called our health insurance co (he's under my plan because we are still legally married) and changed the address listed, which was mine, to his. So now he knows where I live and I fear for my life. I have moved 3 times in the last 6 years and I thought I was safe. Do I have any legal recourse to have him arrested?

My husband and I rented out a low income apartment. Over thanksgiving weekend we arrived home to a termite tube hanging from the bathroom ceiling! After calling on friday we were told by thr front desk employee that maintenance and a "foreman" would inspect the unit on Monday. We went to check monday morning to ensure this was the case, and (once again) its as if nobody knew about this issue. We were told we would have to wait for decembers monthly pest control services. We recieved a renewal notice due by the 15th. We cant afford a new complex. what are our options..?
