Can my landlord tell me I am violating my rental agreement for something that is not on the agreement?

My son recieved certified letter for court on eviction, but he isn't leasee ,can he or everyone evicted from the apartment.

A large cactus in the backyard fell on September 1st; two days later the landlord acknowledged the fallen cactus. It is now October 13th and no one has come by for an estimate to remove it. Our son cannot go outside because he just wants to touch it. Do we hire someone to remove it and take it out of the rent? They also never reimbursed us for the exterminators who camea few times when we first moved in. They have never acknowledged, and denied the issue of the bugs. This had been an ongoing issue with them.

I was olso scam by company out of Washington involving free gov. grant money that also menschen that they were working with the f.b.i.i lost $150.00in that.

My daughteris being physically abused by her husband  He has done this before. The police came once to escort her out of the trailer. He left before they came. She is afraid of him as he has threatened to have her children taken away. I am not sure as to what to do as parents. He apologizes, then she keep accepts him back. We are worried about the children. I just recently bought a trailer that sit within a trailer park. I have the title in my name, paid the rent and respect the rules of the lot. However the landlord won't let my father live in the trailer. My father is 59 and I bought the place for him. However he's not allowed to live there. Can the landlord do that? I'm not breaking any rules of the lot. I own the trailer. My father never committed a crime.

The mother of child is in jail and will be there until the end of September 2016. The mother wants me to keep the child until she is released. She did write a note saying she gives me permission to make any and all decisions for the child,but its just handwritten.I had been keeping the child three or four days a week since she was 5 weeks old,but she has been with me constant since she was 3 months old.what do I need to do to get temp guardianship until her mom gets out?

I live in an HOA where the board wants to change the CC&Rs to start requiring homeowners to provide deposits for several things, such as bringing in dumpsters. I reviewed Title 33 and the only place where I see they can require a deposit is for remodeling a main house (33-1817.B) in order to make sure the remodel complies with approved plans. ARS Title 33 is clear that the HOA can assess fines and assessments but, other than this one instance, it does not say they can require deposit. Are they allowed to do this?

If I got off parole on April 15,2015 can file to set aside my felony?
