My son is abt to be 4 years old. He has my last name because while I was pregnant his father was abusive physical & emotionally hurting me , he was also abusing drugs and dealing drugs . He was putting too much stress on me I wanted him as far away from me as possible it wasn't good for my pregnancy . When I had my son only my last name was given . His dad & I try working it out but throught out time he was still being abusive , doing drugs getting d.u.i going to jail . Cheating on me I had enough . I met a wonderful man that I fell in love with as soon as I moved on my sons father broke into my apartment & vandalized 3000 worth of my things .. I don't get a penny from the guy . Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

I have a dismissed DV misdemeanor showing on my background check. How can this be expunged?

Our heater works but does not provide airflow to the bottom story of our apartment.Twice, we asked the apartment manager directly to make repairs but repairs were never made. On Monday, we sent written notice of intent to terminate lease per ARS 33-1361(A). The apartment manager told me on Monday that someone would be over Tuesday to take a look at our unit but, again, they never showed up. Do I have grounds to terminate on Saturday if nothing is done? The term "reasonable heat" seems arbitrary and I want to make sure I have legitimate grounds for terminating my lease.

Landlord has given me a 5 day notice to vacate. I want this to be resolved in court as soon as possible. My questions is can the landlord wait more then the 5 days to file with the court? Could he wait to file 2 weeks? Is there a point where the notice is not a valid 5 day notice?

I was applying for a house, and found that I had a bill from a former apartment complex on my credit report that I was never given notice of. The apartment complex has never tried to contact me, and now it is in collections. I lived in this apart. over 3 years ago. Don't they have to give me some sort of documentation to tell me I had an outstanding charge? Now that it is in collections the apart complex wont talk to me. do they need proof?

I am renting a home from a Out of state owner our lease states that rent is due on first of each month.Owner Has us send checks for rent to Wifes' Mother that lives about ten miles away.If we send check out in mail when is it considered sent.If its been stamped at post office around end of previous momth is it considered sent owner insists rent is due on 1st regardless of holidays weekends etc.. insists instead of mailing it out I have to run it to her mother which is out of way to from & from work.Do I have any legal backing as far as this is concerned hard to find info.
