  • I am currently married and live in Gila County. My husband has moved out on my 2 children and I 1 week ago, and I have the opportunity to leave the state of Arizona to start over. Can I take my children as long as I put it in writing to him of where I am going and contact information?
  • I own a property, not my main residence, that was part of a 2010 C7 bankruptcy. We reaffirmed and kept the property. We have made all of the payments since, but in the past year our finances have declined. We have tried to rent the property without much success and we have paid over $6000 above the properties income to maintain it. It is empty again and we simply cannot continue to pay the mortgage and HOA any more. It is worth about what I owe. Can I allow the property to go to foreclosure or short sale after being part of a bankruptcy?

  • We purchased a park model from a private owner and it is set in a RV resort in Goodyear we paid her annual rent in April when we moved in we now have decided to purchase a home this was our temporary home as we transferred here due to the fact that we are selling the home and it has a carport and a 10 by 10 storage shed if someone were to want to purchase just the trailer do we have to leave the carport behind?can they legally charge us for rent on the lot if we move out before our year is up and new owner is also charged lot rent because move in take ownership of trailer.   • We moved out 12 days before end of lease and had inspection we were present for and she said it looked great and posted a new rent sign. Just got our deposit back and the charged us $260 for cleaning which we had done and $530 for repairs they had done such as changing bulbs and cleaning the outside of the grill. Is this legal. Shouldn't we have been notified so we could have seen these things and possibly addressed them ourselves. We still had time left in the lease and they had traffic going through for showings. We left the house perfect.
