  • I moved out my rental unit about three weeks ago. Two other people applied for the apt however plans fell through and only I ended up moving in.I paid for the deposit, and made all monthly payments. I received my check for move out refunds for amount of less than 200, but I’m unable to deposit or cash it since it’s made out to all three parties who applied initially. I contacted the office twice and emailed numerous times with no response back. All three people Who applied are Included in lease but did not sign or ever lived in the unit. Landlord will not return callWhat can I do, need advise.
  • My ex and I divorced with one child. He owns his own business and put down his estimated income on the child support form. It was signed and finalized as a part of the divorce and he paid child support and 70% of medical bills. We are updating our incomes and he is stating he made less than expected and that, because he was incorrect with his income, I owe him thousands of dollars for the over-payment. Is this accurate? It was he who stated and signed that income amount and because he was wrong, he is stating I owe him for my daughter's medical expenses and child support he paid.

The court has revied the file and determined that there is no evidence in the court file that the petitione has ever been served upon the respondence pursuant to AZ Rules of family law procedure. They aslo sasid that it is orederd the ppetition to modify child support order will be dismissed on January 23, 2010 without prejudice for failure to timely serve the respondent unless prooof of timeky service is presented to the Court by that date?   • My family has been living at our location for over 3 years. We just asked to renew our lease a few months ago. As we were going through the house to see what needs to be fixed and repaired, my wife and I admitted that a few things is our responsibility. Other things I feel should be our LL. We had someone say that who ever done the tile did a bad job, and that the kitchen needs to be replaced. That was why about 9 tiles cracked. The refrigerator is over 15 years old and she wants us to buy a new one. We told her about the garage door breaking. Her excuse that she had to pay over $1200 for this
