QUESTIONS

  • Do I have the right to with hold rent for days I wake up with no heat? I remember having same issues last winter. The heat is included in the rent, but that doesn't give them the right to not maintain it properly. I'm sure they will "fix" it again, but it will only be temporary, and I will wake up cold again in a few weeks or so.
  • A tree in the adjoining lot was blown over by high winds and fell across my rv and damaged it to the point it is uninhabitable. Is the owner of park responsible for damages??

Or do I have to file for the paternity test in Texas where the child was born?

They showed up on the 23rd and I was told that they already gave me notice and that because it took longer than expected it just rolled over to the next day. I received no notice that it was rolling over to the next day and she even said that she didn't have to give that kind of notice because I got one about them showing up on the 21st and 22nd
  • My mother was served papers from the other Grandparent. I was never served since I don't live there anymore. The grandparent filed for grandparent rights and according to Family Court Case Information - Case History it says "DEFAULT/REGARDING PETITION FOR GRANDPARENT VISITATION". I was never served and just found out about it today. There were summons in May. What do I do now? I don't want it to go into default and her get what she wants.
