  • i wanat to file for aa divorce with out hiring a lawyer,I reside in mesa phoenix but she reside in Ill. Can I still file on my own without a lawyer?
  • My mother passed away. She does have a will and I was nominated as the executer and trustee. I am the sole beneficiary. She only has a bank account but when the account was setup nobody was on the account but her. no payable unpon death. What is required by the bank for me to access the account to begin paying for her expences? Her will did state that I shoud have immediate access without going through the courts.

  • Hello I recently moved in my apartment on 8/15 at that time my air conditioning was not working blows out warm air. I notified the office they sent a technician over the same day. I told him my air doesn't work he TOLD me it does and changed the air filter. Which it did not. I contacted the leasing office again around 8/31. They called me left a message to speak with maintenance. I called back TWICE never got a response. My air did not get fixed until 9/16! And my electric is now shut off because I cannot pay a 850 dollar bill. Should the leasing office accommodate me for these times?
  • I am considering applying to receive child support with NO visitations. My sons father often changes his contact information without informing me. He makes plans to see his son, then disappears for long periods of time. I have never denied visitations, but still he has not seen his son in 25 months and has not provided any financial assistance whatsoever. The list goes on, but in short his father is not emotionally invested and I worry that this will be emotionally and morally damaging to my son. Is this the kind of case where no visitations would be granted?

  • In june or july our gas was shut off due to non-payment. when a technician came to turn services back on he left a notice stating the waterheater was in unsafe condition and the light had not been lit. When we informed our landlord of this (via text message) he bombarded both my husband and I with vulgarity, and told us he wasn't fixing anything. In fact, he accused us of breaking it. We STILL have no hot water and I am now at the point where I am ready to sue. Need some guidance, please?
