To whom it may concern; My mom was deported back in 1997-1998. She was charged with a crime prior to that and did 3 years of probation. It was after the 3 years of probation that the U.S. deported my mom. She was punished for 7 years I believe. She is back in the U.S. and I would like to know how to help to get her papers. My brother and I were born here in Arizona U.S. of A. and just don't want our mom to be looking over her shoulder all the time. I am not on the lease but i have lived in my house for 2.5 years. I am behind on the a portion of my rent for march. My roommates have told me I need to be out in 48 hours because in the state of Arizona a sub-renter has no rights and only need 48 hour notice

We have a tenant that will not answer our calls, texts, emails or answer his door we suspect that no one is living in the home because it is a filthy, unhealthy mess completely unsanitary There are cats living in the home but empty cats food cans all over the kitchen floor we looked in the window and saw a cat The window was partially opened and when we looked inside all we could smell was a strong Oder of cat urine They have not paid rent in 3 months and we can’t find or get hold of them They have completely destroyed our home What are our rights? Can we enter the home?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

I am seeking to get sole custody of my daughter as well as child support from the father. He is not aware that I am beginnning this process. I got the paperwork I need to file. After looking it over, I noticed that I need information (SSN, income, etc.) of his that I don't know. I don't think he'll give me this info willingly. Am I required to have all of this information before filing the paperwork?

The father doesn’t pay for any expenses of our 1 year old. The baby is with me 24/7 he visits every once in a while for maybe an hour a week but doesn’t bring anything or try to help. I have been seeing into putting him on child support since I do not currently work and my parents (baby’s grandparents) are basically the ones paying for all the expenses but I looked into the “child support calculator” and only $50 a month comes up as what he would pay and I’m wondering if it’s even worth going through the trouble for such a low amount. Is that thing accurate or would I have to talk to a lawyer?

I have a stipulated judgment on child support arrears. DCSE continues every month to try and garnish my accounts and take my taxes. I am and have always been current on the payments stipulated in the judgment. How can they take action when I am not in arrears on the stipulation?

My daughter has sexually assaulted a child. Is there a way I can give custody of her to the state for her to get help. I have already tried counseling and other options. Plus my girlfriend has moved out and refuses to let me see my son while I still have my daughter.

I’m a college student and was renting a room in a 3 bedroom apartment during the semester. My lease ends June 30th, but with COVID, I was out of work and had to move back home. I haven’t been at the apartment since probably the middle of February. I turned my keys in and gave 60 days notice/ lease termination contract. I can’t file for hardship due to unemployment because my parents are guarantors. I understand I might have to finish paying my rent (leasing agreement) but is there anything I can do since I have not been there in over 4 months? I had to move back home (Flagstaff to Mesa)
