I read in the A.R.S. §§ 33-1322 –1324, which specifies: A landlord is required to do the following: Supply running water and reasonable amounts of hot water. Questions: Must I, as a Landlord, have to pay my tenants gas bill for hot water? What does "reasonable amounts of hot water" mean specifically? The water heater is in good condition and does not repairs. P.S., I already pay their monthly water that comes from the city.

My children's father and I signed over temporary custody of our 2 children while we were in jail so they could get them medical care and enroll them in school. Now that we are both out and doing well we want custody back. The grandparents are line with us having them back. How do we go about getting custody back? We font know where to begin?

I understand that when a divorce occurs, everything accumulated is community property. However, is a disability retirement subject to joint disbursement. My online research gives me conflicting answers. How do the courts interpret this?

I am going through an eviction brought on by a foreclosure of my property. The writ of restitution is being sent today to the process server as the attornys handling the eviction are in Maricopa county. My question is this; will the paperwork be filed on Tuesday next as this is a holiday week-end or can the process server actually file the writ on a Saturday? I am just trying to see how much time I have as I am in the process of vacating anyway.

My husband just recently paid his child support debit off and his daughter turns 18 in September and still in school .his divorce agreement says that the support stop when she turns 18 .and she still in high school since she has been left in kindergarten twice.and the child support what's him to pay extra 700.00 support plus more to pay the support the child support office here is saying he needs to continue to pay why does he have to pay it if he has only paid the debit off in full.and his daughter turns 18 in Sept and saying that the oder support needs to continue for two years?

I’ve lived in this rv park for a little over a year and there are new owners. Now they are forcing me to remove my box trailer and truck somewhere else. They offered there new storage for $70 a month or if I rent a bigger lot $700 to $850 I can keep my belongings with me I pay $475 plus electric and a $400 deposit is that legal ? And they are threatening immediate eviction if I do not comply. Everyday they bang on my door I just paid rent yet they harrass me! Is any thing they are doing legall?

I recently had to move since my landlord sold the home we were renting. I have asked for my deposit to be returned. He simply ignores my letters. How can I force him to return the deposit?

Six months into a twelve month lease my landlord sold the property. Now the new landlord is telling me that I must sign a new lease. Although she is not raising our rent, other provisions of the new lease are objectionable to me. Must I sign this new lease to preserve my status as a legal tenant, or must the new landlord accept the terms of my original lease?
