My neighbor upstairs has 3 kids aand 2 adults. I have gone to management many times to ask them to send a notice about being too loud. The jumping around is so loud it vibrates my windows,I have gone up to talk to the lady and ask her to keep it down a bit. I saw one of the children riding a scooter in the apartment and another jumping off furniture,I told the management about this but they told me it's "part of apartment living" In the lease it states I'm allowed my peace and quiet. 2 days later I got a notice saying I'm not allowed to "pound excessively" on the neighbors door.What can I do?

We also want to change my daughters last name to be the same. How do I go about doing that? Is it possible to do so without the paternal fathers consent, when she has my maiden name currently and the father is not on the birth certificate?

I am renting a unit and am under section 8... I just found out that I had bed bugs... I called my management and told them about it. They said that I had to pay for the pest control people to come out and spray .. I also found out that one of the other units had bed bugs less then a year ago.. shouldn't they have to pay or have someone check all the other units???

Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

My 91 year old mother was in her third year of Alzeheimer's when my brother talked her into giving him bank POA. He used her funds for his own personal pleasure and made cash withdrawls from a cc his name was not on. He used the money for personal gratification (ie, trips out of the country) Because of reported neglect, (ie she was hospitalized as a result of the neglect) she now lives in MN. with me. What are her rights? Can he be liable for debts he incurred by taking cash advances from the cc account which his name was not on?

Due to him physically and mentally abusing me, we seperated end 2014, had a separation agreement in place since we lived in NC. We toyed with reconciling during 2015 and 2016. Feb 2017, despite being in contact with each other, he filed for divorce in TX, filed a false affidavit that he couldn't find me, and had a default judgement granting divorce. He cleared out our 3600 sqft home in NC of all our joint & personal property and dropped my daughter from ins. How to make his wrongs, right?
