  • Hello. Recently bought a mobile home and it was advertised for monthly of 392. Went in to office to get lease and they insist they are an annual paying park and wanting over 4500 in two payments in jan and feb. this is not possible for me and I have explained the hardship. What can I do?
  • The park I live in has been sold current management will not disclose who bought it other than its a Canadian Corporation and it will be a 5 star resort. My question is I live in a 1960 park model .I still owe 1400.00 dollars on it can the new owners force me to buy a newer trailer or evict me what are my options ?
  • I am contacting you on behalf of a close friend. She is disabled and had two children one of which are disabled. She has a USDA loan on her home.(Nov.21st 2010) She made all of her payments on the first of the month when her disability check was deposited. Then in October of 2014 she called to make her payment and they would not accept it. Instead they told her that her home was in foreclosure. She has since tried every month to make her payment but they will not take it. I would greatly appreciate any help or advise. Thank you.

  • I recently filed to relocate myself and my son to California. After his father and I could not agree on the move, the case was given to the judge for decision and it was declined. According to our parenting plan, neither parent is allowed to take the child out of state for vacation. My mom, whom has helped me raise my son since age 1, is wanting him to visit but without his dad's approval he is not able to go. Would my mom be able to file for grand parent's rights? And would this allow for him to be able to travel to California for vacation? All advice appreciated.
  • When I moved in this house was filthy, there were nails and plastics all through the landscaping rocks and weeds everywhere. We paid landscapers to clean up the weeds, paid for a deep cleaning service and we had to pick up all the nails. Once moved in we've had to replace weather stripping and other minor fixes because the owners refuse to pay. We bought a small dog and paid the pet deposite. The house is maintained and looks better than when we moved in. How do I get my deposite and pet deposite back at the end of our lease? And the back door is broken and hard to get in and out of.
