So my family and I moved into a house on the 1st of the year and the second week we were there the wall heater had just stopped working and I have been asking him to fix the problem all the way up to it catching on fire and now I dont know what legal actions I should take. Me not thinking at all never texted him about it but i had called him on multiple accounts telling him about it and showed up to his office to tell him to fix it. I just had a baby on the 22 of feburary and the fire happened on the 24 the day after we brought him to the house.

My son was killed by Tucson Police on 4/17/2014 and was not notified. Found out online. I went to retrieve his property and was told I had to wait because case was under investigation and they would let me know when I could retrieve his vehicle. My mom (son grandma) received a letter saying that nobody has come to claim property and in order to retrieve it we have to pay storage. Why do we have to pay anything. They held it for investigation and now want to charge us for it on top of killing my son. What can I do?

We are told a new law became effective in Jan. which requires changes to the Trust having to do with notifying beneficiaries every year of the amount of the estate and their inheritance. Is it true? I filed for a order of protection 2/18 & defendant filed to drop it (heating 3/4). Judge said there were 2 violations since OP was granted but since I replied to his saying he was sorry to hear about the death of my 23 yr. old cat (no law says I can't contact him!) he/Judge said he's only guilty of one violation ...yet he firmly told defendant to leave me alone & granted his request to dismiss the Order of Protection. What can I do about this injustice? By the way we are a bit racial couple

Iam a 82 year old widow living on my husbands retirement and ss . My house is paid of , but I pay a small common fee . I recently took out a 130000 loan against my house to help my Granddaughter build a new house . She is now going through a divorce and is not paying me for the loan ( always two months late). The bank is threatening forclosure against my home I am living in. I was going to take a loan against my retirement to pay off the loan . The new house is in my Granddaughters name and her ex is living in it . Can I have my name put on the house and have her pay me rent without bad tax implications. I have three children that this house should be on the estate . The bank has been sending preforclosure papers against the house I live in . I am afraid I am going to lose everything . My tenant who rents the back bedroom in my 2 bedroom mobile home has given me verbal notice of her intent to no longer honor our oral month to month rental agreement by ceasing to pay rent as of the 1st of the month; but when asked of her intended date to vacate the property she tells me I have to evict her with due process...even though she initiated the termination of our agreement and I accepted her termination. My main query here being...since she verbally informed me of her intent to cease paying rent and to vacate the property and I accepted her termination...do I have to evict her too?
