Back in 2005 I was convicted of undesignated assault. am I able to get my rights to own a firearm back as long as it was a fistfight and no weapon was used? I was released from the system in 2007 and completed parole.

When we got married, we both hyphenated our last names to form one. Now, we are frustrated with having the hyphenated name and would like to switch--my husband back to just his last name and myself to having my last name as my second middle name and his as my last. How do we go about this?

My townhouse has water damage from a pipe leak. Landlord sent maintenance guy to fix pipe. 6 days later sent a mold specialist to check for moisture but not mold. Sent maintenance guy back to take out dry wall and pull up carpet. Did not secure room where water damage was to ensure that if there is mold in the wall it was contained did not remove all of the wet areas that the mold specialist recommended. What are my rights? How can I legally make sure that they handle this health and safety issue properly because they are clearly cutting corners and not using certified specialists.

I would like to know if I have any recourse for management abuse in the community that I live. The managers are sending threatening notices about speeding in the park and proceed to stop and watch me drive through the park whenever they see me. I was going the posted speed limit yesterday and the manager was yelling and gesturing to me to slow down. The abuse has got to stop. We are being targeted. I am sending a complaint letter to the company that owns the park, but I would like to know my legal recourse to file an official complaint with the state housing dept.

I have a first time conviction DUI and it reads as a felony. I have done my time, paid my fines and attended my AA classes. It has been five years since my conviction. Can my record be expunged? I live in Hawaii and my lic is suspended and jobs out here require a drivers lic. Is there a way I can get my record cleared so I can reinstate my drivers lic?

I Have a property than I want to sell, the renter does not want to purchase the home. This renter put in new stove, frig, dishwasher, microwave. When I ask them to leave can I legal have them replace all the prior items? They also did improvements with out written approval, and they are demanding compensation. How do I protect myself?
