My mom was diagnosed with dementia and she received a civil summons from a credit card company. Mom only receives social security and has a very small monthly pension which are put into her checking account. She also has a small IRA from her former 401k which she is having to use for daily care services. This will most likely be depleted soon. Given her current state, we are unsure about what to do. Can you provide some direction? I have read they can put a lien on her checking account. Thank you.

I have been living in a house since the end of May 2019 and when I came into the house there were many things wrong with it. Non functioning doors, windows, blinds, and several holes in the door that have been patched up with something that my son is allergic too and my youngest baby girl keeps picking at because its bubbly and she keeps eating it if I am not looking. I have asked them to repair several things since I have been here and they have not sent anyone and now are refusing to repair. The sink doesn't produce hot water upstairs. My toilet has been leaking. What can I do?

I am renting a apartment that was once a motel room. From a realtor who im assuming is the landlord. For $450 a month. My question is can she evict me for things that WERE NOT mentioned to me or given to me in a form of a "lease or rental agreement". She is trying to evict me for trash that i supposedly had outside my unit. When in fact the day i moved in there was a huge pile of trash bags next to my unit there was no dumpster provided and no mail box even till this day. The 25 of November 2018. Other tenets have there electricity through her i dont and have no power what can i do.

Our 19-year old son was arrested for aggrevated robbery. If he receives a sentence on parole, would he be able to live with us in Germany, in a controlled environment, and better chances of finding a job, or would he have to stay in AZ, where his chances of finding a job are slim, and he has no family or friends, who he could stay with?
