I RECEIVED CMPLAINT FORCIBLE/SPECIAL DETAINER(41-133798)ALTHOUGH HAD GIVEN A PARTIAL RENT PAYMENT WITH ARRANGEMENTS TO BE MADE ON PAYING THE BALANCE. MY MANAGER ACCEPTED THE PARTIAL PAYMENT AND NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. SHE IS ON VACATION AT THIS TIME AND I FOUND THE NOTICE ON MY DOOR 7/17/2008. THE PARTIAL PAYMENT WAS ACCEPTED 7/10/2008. WHAT LEGAL RIGHTS DO I HAVE AND HOW DO I CLAIM SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES(MY BOYFRIEND HAD A MASSIVE STROKE 7/04/08).

My mother's second husband (married 3 years) agrees with my brothers and I that my mother has progressing memory degeneration. We have asked her to get a check up for her own good. Her husband will not help us get her to go for a check up. Is there anything we can do?

If you have been working for a total of 1 year and completed 1250 hours that year but due to the fiscal year and restarting on the hours starting January 1st does that affect you in receiving FMLA if you try to ask for it the next following year and have only completed 750 hours that current year?

I am finalizing my divorce decree, and my previous lawyer added his fees to my decree with a date when payments needs to start. I am completely broke, lost my job and all my money. I won’t be able to pay his payments set up on the decree. Can file bankruptcy and get ridge of this debt?

My husband and I are renting a mobile home space. The mobile home mortgage lien holder is telling us we have to vacate if the mortgage is not paid. The purchaser of the mortgage is past due. We have no responsibility over the mortgage only the space rental. How are we able to get out of the rental space contract if we have to vacate under these circumstances? The purchaser is not in communication with the lien holder and has not made any response. We have been in good credit with the space rental/landowner payments to date.

Can my landlord tell me I cannot have a dog?

Informed my complex that I was shopping for a house 7 months ago. At that time I asked what was needed to break the leases, afraid I would have to pay both a lease and a mortgage. They told me I would just be responsible for a 60 day notice and a fine of approximately $45 for every month I received a discounted rate by signing a 13 month lease. I learned the day before the prorated rent was due, I was also responsible for a full months rent, I do not have the funds. I paid the prorated. Is there a standard of time that I can make payments before it goes to collections? Please help.

Our lease was up in May of 2018. We did not resign a lease. We are month to month. We were emailed a letter stating that we had to be out on oct 31 and they are not stating a reason. Is this ok?

I have had my step daughter since she was 1 year old. She will be 6 soon. I have raised her as my own, taking her to the doctor, school ect. She lives with my husband and our children full time. My husband has full custody. Bio mother has not been in her life consistently ever. She has never taken her to the doctor, paid child support or kept a consistent schedule with her. We have given her several chances. Bio mom has been in and out of jail and not stable. How would we go about having her rights severed so I can adopt her?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day. He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.
