Had an emergency went out of town, forgot to pay my light bill upon returning, notice community lights outside of Apartment was off, go inside, my lights are off, next morning I call and pay bill, lights back on as well as community lights, ask property Mmanagement to check out see if I'm paying for common lights, she aid she'd have oemm one check, that as two weeks ago, came home tonight and turned the main breaker off in my apartment sure enough the lights outside went off too. I have moved into a home where there is cockroaches. The landlord has been notified via email and has sprayed and bombed the place but the roaches are still here. Also my air conditioner doesn't cool my apartment properly the temperature is usually at 80 or more all day long. He says that this is adequate even though I have 2 fans I bought just to stay cool. Can I pay my rent to court and ask the court to force him to fix these problems?

I am a senior and live in 202 HUD housing. Management just put notices up on my apartment building: "No Mask No Entry." Is my apartment building considered a Public Place/Setting according to the new Tucson/Pima County Ordinances regarding Face Coverings? My landlord has 3 apt rentals and I rent a spot for my 5th wheel. The s septic tank needed to be dug up and My trailer was moved. He hasn't finished the job and my trailer is not level and my large font porch is not put back together. The yard is still all dug up. Can he leave it like that?

I was given a prescription by my doctor for pain from an automobile accident. I took my meds at work and was fired on the spot, even though I have a prescription,. and was told I was fired because I was taking medicine. Do I have grounds for legal action?

I was in the hospital and didn't have my insurance information. I called the number given to me by the hospital when I was discharged. The hospital billed my insurance but didn't pass on my insurance to their physicians that saw me or x ray dept. I didn't know this until I was sent to collections over a year later. The insurance denied it due to timely filing laws. Can someone help me to settle/negotiate this debt? The collection agency is not working with me.

My 91 year-old father has recently been admitted to an Altzheimer's long term care facility. My stepsister, his ex-wife and a fiduciary have healthcare Power of Attorney. The fiduciary is private and only acts as a substitute. I have no access to his medical records. I live in CA & cannot take charge of his care. He's medicated and sleepy all the time. How can I get access to his medical records without becoming responsible for his care from another state? My stepsister is not cooperative and has even threatened my visits with my father. The fiduciary interceded on my behalf. His ex-wife has taken all his assets.
