QUESTIONS

  • How do I go about getting guardianship of a minor that was put out of his home and is now living with me?
  • I am renting part of a unit where there are three other roommates. None of us knew each other. Landlord put us together as sudents. They party all the time. I cannot sleep or study. Can I get out of my lease. I cannot pay this rent and afford another place at the same time. If he serves eviction notice to all of us, do I still owe him the rent for the remainder of the lease. Other tenants are happy.
