what is the name of the form that must be filled out annually by the guardian of a minor child?

I was arrested for marijuana possession, and I successfully completed the TASC program.Since i was charged with a felony but not convicted, can i still have my second ammendment rights intact. I have no prior felony charges.

I just rented a House in Florence AZ and I recieved a letter of trustee sale or foreclosure. I spoke with the Landlord and his property managment and they want us to stay here. Now the problem is that we were decieved to rent the house. One of the questions ask before the house was rented was if the house was in a foreclosure sale due that the rent was cheap $800. Now the management company is been rude. verbaly and the landlord as well. We told them we want the deposit back and we also told them that we were going to move this month because we do not want to find ourselves in the street when they lock the house. They became extreamly disgruntal about the hole situation, and now the property manager said that she is going to try to get us evicted this week or so, now keep in mind that we paid this month rent already. I need to know what to do cause it is getting very unconfortable. due that I have to little kids living in the house.

who is responsible for vandalized property, the tenant or landlord ?

We lost our home a year and a half ago through foreclosure. They had strung us a long promissing to help, we didn't know there was other help out there. Is there a way to get the home back (it's not sold), is there any type of assistance for people who are already "homeless" We got a notice for settlement payment - is this our only option for assistance?

My ex wife filed a order of protection,but I get supervised visits with my kids. But she will not let my parents or anyone from my family do the supervised visits. Also she keeps making excuses for me not to see my kids what can I do?

Our lease terms in the middle of the month and we will not be renewing. We paid a prorated amount when we moved in because we occupied the home half the month, our property manager is stating that our last months rent must be paid in full even though the lease terms in the middle of the month so we will not be living in the home. Our lease does not specify anything on last months rent

I didnt have the money to pay rent for this month of january and my landlord is threatning to come and kick us out or that someone from the bank is going to come tomorrow and lock our things in the house if we are not gone..we dont have anywhere to go untill the 1st of feb.can he do that or by law is he suposed to give us some time to get out?

What happens if i don't get them delivered because I have no clue where he lives at, with my children? Does my childrens father have the right to keep his address from me when there's no custody order and I also have a order of protection against him

I signed my lease when I was 17 years old and I turned 18 a month later. I signed with no co-signer and I was wondering if it is possible for me to void my lease because I initially signed when I was 17 but I'm 18 now.
