  • if you're given a 40 day notice do you still have to pay rent because owner is selling the house
  • Purchased a mobile home in an all age community Feb 2019. It has 3 wall A/C units (1 in each bedroom and one that sometimes struggles to cool the livingroom/ kitchen area). We were recently told by somebody that by law it has to have central A/C because of how hot it gets here in AZ. Trying to find out if this is true or not. If this is true, is it legal that it was sold without central A/C and who would be responsible for putting one in?

We obtained our own air quality company and paid for results ourselves, the results came back with several mold types in home and "Black Mold" was one of them.   • I moved in to my apartment on 6/8/18. On 8/20 I found bed bugs in my bedroom. I documented everything and my property manager said she would be sending the exterminator on 8/24 to start the treatment. My question is Who pays for the treatment? When I asked the property manager this she said the cost is split 50/50. On the lease it is NOT stated who is responsible. But, all of our furniture was purchased brand new after we moved in, so I do not believe I as the tenant should pay but I need clarity.
  • I am the recipient of the child support that my son is to recieve. I am not working but going to school full time, my son's father had put down on the paper work when he filed that I was making minimum wage and said that it was mandatory to have that down regardless if I was working or not.   • I moved out my rental unit about three weeks ago. Two other people applied for the apt however plans fell through and only I ended up moving in.I paid for the deposit, and made all monthly payments. I received my check for move out refunds for amount of less than 200, but I’m unable to deposit or cash it since it’s made out to all three parties who applied initially. I contacted the office twice and emailed numerous times with no response back. All three people Who applied are Included in lease but did not sign or ever lived in the unit. Landlord will not return callWhat can I do, need advise.
  • I got a DUI in 2006. I did all of my required assignments, but I was ordered a blower in my car. This was not a law at the time. I have gotten my Associates Degree in Criminal Science, and my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. Unfortunately, they all seem to require a valid AZ DL. I can't afford a car and a blower without a job, and I can't get a job without a valid AZ DL. I want to see if I can try and get the order reversed by the Glendale Court Judge, as MVD has declined my request. Is this possible, and how do I go about it if it is?
