  • I live in a apartment with neighbors upstairs and around me but the neighbors above me have been a problem since we moved in like banging walls stomping on the floor and I've complaint several time and have written complaints and they have retaliate and do the stomping and bang the walls much worse each time and this is being done real late hours of the night only when we are sleeping.   • Both of my parents have passed away leaving their small estate in a trust. I am the executor of the trust. The estate is small and fall within the dollar limits of real estate and personal property within the estate, where probate proceedings are not required. My question is; to complete the estate, do I need to To complete the estate, so I need to place a “Notice to Creditors” in a newspaper as described in A.R.S. 14-3801? (There are no known creditors).
  • I have lived woth my boyfriend and his mother in this apartment since they moved in i actually found the house for them. The landlord never put me on the lease for the house but i am on the housing lease it has been a year and now all of a sudden rhe landlord is charging me 50$ a month to stay here. Can he do that if he hasnt charged me from the very begining? He knew i would be livin here with them i do not know what to do.
  • I went to DCSE to have my support modified. My daughter just turned 17 on 4/12 & graduated high school 6/12. They said they STOPPED MY CHILD SUPPORT because they said she graduated! What is a "Parenting evaluation" and what kinds of questions should I expect? Will there be an opportunity for me to provide the evaluator with inforation? Thank you!
  • Currently paying a ridiculous amount of rent (~$1500 after utilities) for a an apartment home whose complex offers a community Pool as one of the amenities in the Lease. Recently, the Corporate office locked down all amenities completely despite the upcoming heat of the summer. It’s been 95+ degrees outside, and they refuse to open the pool even for a LIMITED pool hour for kids and seniors— is this legal? Does it break the lease? Can I withhold about $200 in rent since all amenities have been locked? Thanks in advance -concerned mama
  • I have been renting this house for 9 months now and within the nine months the sewage lines have backed up bringing feces up through the showers bathtub toilets sinks and in the front yard. Every time I call a send a plumber to flush the system the plumber say it is a palm tree that has been there before I moved in has busted the main sewage line. I have five children three that have asthma and I know that it is not safe for them to be in that condition. Is there anything I can do to get them to fix the main line or let me out my lease?
