QUESTIONS

  • I ask the City for help but they say they can not help me rid my self of a neighbor who is littering my yard & pool with his unkept trees.
  • We are owners of a double wide in a moblie home park in Tucson.  We live out of state and for the last 5 months have received only partial payments and at this time a tenant is 4 months past due in agreed payments. We have had several issues with this problem, and feel we can no longer allow this person to occupy our property and would like to have someone tell us how we can go about serving notice for an eviction. We have read the laws of Arizona and know that a paper has to be obtained, filed, and paid for by us and then sent on to the occupant of property.  How can we start this procedure?

I paid a deposit and rent for march and april and the property management company has no record of it and are unable to locate the person who was fired. What can I do?
  • I am out of State and was told I need to petition the judge to accept the parenting class. I do not know what form to use to petition the judge to accept the class.

The question I have is can he do this the property is due to go back to the bank 09-29-08 I plan on begin out then but can he throw me out sooner?
