My wife signed a online prenatal that was notarized that basically stated her debt is hers and mine is mine and her finances are hers and mine are mine. We tried to make it work for 3 1/2 years but it’s not working. I brought a house while we were married and put $75,000 down, all my money. We are both on mortgages though. She agreed if we divorced the $75,000 I put down. I would get back and would split any extra money from the sale of the house. Now she has changed her mind and wants to keep the house but there is no way she can buy me out. What are the chases I get my $75,000 back after

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? Where can I go to get more info on the net?

I have a 1 year old child. Her father went to prison when she was 2 months old. Now his mother is trying to get visitation with my daughter. Were set to go to trial in April. I'm not sure exactly what to do. I don't have a lawyer and I'm a full time single parent . I can't afford a lawyer. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do or file. I don't understand the terms or the paperwork at all. Can she get visitation if I don't get a lawyer or miss file the information?
