  • If I have evicted our tenant for non payment and have a judgment against our tenants for non payment of rent can I deduct the amount of the judgment from the security deposit?
  • My lease states that 2 adults are allowed to leave in the premises. I had a friend stay with me and my landlord forced me to kicked them out. He said that having somebody else stay with me without his approval meant I broke the lease and he could evict me. I do not have reliable transportation due to him being $10,0000 behind in Child support. Would I be in contempt or would he need to get a court date to first change the parenting time to include meeting half way?
