Hello. A small fire broke out in my kitchen. Fire department and police spoke with my landlord telling her that I could not stay due to soot and it needed be taking care of. Landlord stated she spoke with owner and a team would be out to find my apartment. 1 month later nothing is fixed. I shower landlord the report from fire deapart and was told that she doesnt care what the report shows that nothing is going to get fixed. She refused to give us the owners contact info also. I have to do a 50-50 split of net equity; $412000 (appraisal value)-$380214.57 (mortgage)=$31785.43/2=$15892.72 due to ex. I am doing a Refi, but as a veteran I can only borrow up to $417,000 at 90% LTV which then means there is no equity to disburse but I was told that is my problem and I still owe. Now can I deduct broker's commission from equity even though there is no sale? Or is there anything else I can deduct? Because I don't have over $15,000 to buy him out. I did invest over $22000 of my own money for home improvements, does this count for anything? What are my options at this point?

My boyfriend got arrested a few days ago in Phoenix for a supposed probation violation when he wasn't even on probation in the first place. The city of Scottsdale put a hold on him for an unpaid warrant from years ago for underage drinking and driving under the influence. The Phoenix jail said if I paid a bond of $50 dollars the charge of probation violation would be taken care of and then the city of Scottsdale would have 72 hours to pick him up or he'd be released. When I sent his mother to pay the $50 dollar bond they told her there was no $50 dollar bond and that the bond was $2,550 but that is what he owes the city of Scottsdale and they still haven't picked him up. Now they are telling him he is going to court AGAIN for the Phoenix charge and then after that they'll transfer him to Scottsdale to wait to go to court for those charges. I don't have a job or $2,550 dollars or anything worth nearly that much. I'm afraid he's going to end up being in jail PAST MY SCHEDULED C-SECTION. I'm due in 37 days. Any advice? Please help,.

We recently got new park owners. They started to charge more for water and sewage. They tripled it within the last couple months. Now they want to change all the parks water meters and mind you they added a bunch of trailers that are lobsided and looks like they’re going to fall. Are they allowed to change the whole parks water meter.. how do parks normals measure water here in Arizona

House financed in mobile park with lot rent. Shortly after moving into my mobile home park, they let my neighbor get a dog. This dog violates half of the park rules pertaining to pets. It's over the 16" and probably 40lb. limit, They leave it outside, unattended, it barks for hours at a time both when the neighbors are home, and when they are not. The neighbors, pretend not to understand English when I try to talk to them. I have complained about the dog hundreds of times to park management, they have done nothing about the dog.
