Can a Landlord deny a rental due to a felony arrest from 10 years ago that was dismissed in court?

I will be changing from salary to hourly, my company is taking 40 hours of my PTO to pay me a weeks wage. Can they do that? I earned those PTO hours.

What to do about a person who was living in a rental and left but has now come back to the residence although the residence has been put up for sale or lease. Can these people be reported to police as the owner of the property is out of state and unaware of what is going on as the residence has been cleaned and painted prior to the original renter all of a sudden showing up again possibly not returning keys to landlord.

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

I am separated but still married. My husband is not paying his credit card debt and an atty has threatened to garnish MY wages and forced me to pay on his debt. He sent a notice to my employer seeking verification info which totally embarassed me and jeopardized my integrity. I have been paying him because I am intimidated. Is this legal?

My ex and I have a 10year old son. About 2 years ago a custody order was put into affect in the state of California, her place of residence. I live here in AZ. Since then she has moved here to Arizona and has been living here for the past year and a half. I don’t know where she lives and refuses to let me see my son despite of the court order. Can that court order be enforced here in AZ? Also can I take her to court to request 50/50 parenting time?

I never married my son's father. We have agreed that he stays with me Sun pm through Thur am. Thur am through Sun evening he stays with his father. His father has been very confrontational with me on several occasions when he picks him up. The pick up/drop off location is my parents house because it is a halfway point. I also have witnesses on how he treats me. I share joint custody and my sons father drops him off at his siblings home and my son stays there most days when he is not under my care. He sleeps on their couch at night. Can I possibly get full custody if the other parent is doing this? Also, my son has a lot of trouble learning in school and he does have an IEP and he gets no help academically when he is with other parent and I have to always pick up where my son last left off in regards to reading and homework and it hurts him academically because this is only being done part time. Can either of those situations help me get primary care
