My husband and i are still married i never wanted a divorce. He has an alcohol addiction and one day decided to leave and ignore me. Its been a month since he has seen his child. And he only texts my sons cell phone. He only showed up at my mothers house with the police to take my vehicle away to which he was unsuccessful in doing. Then another long period of silence. What are my options, entitlements and chances of Custody if he tries to take me to court?

My sister began occupying my fathers house when he became incapacitated. Unfortunately he has since passed away (11 mos. since she moved in there, which she said was supposed to be temporary). I am the trustee, she is to receive 1/4 of the estate once it's settled. However, she hasnt worked in 3 years, has no desire or attempted to either....she says she isn't going to move out. and says we cant kick her out. As the trustees, do we have the legal right to get her out? She's never paid rent and we paid her other bills in good faith so she could get back on her feet. There is no lease.help!

I am trying to file for full custody for my 2 year old son. He lives with me full time since my ex husband has moved out of state. Since he has left he has no paid child support either. My problem is that I don't know his address or where exactly he works. I feel like I should be able to ask him but he always dodges the questions. His family doesn't really like me and blames me for the divorce. I filed originally through pinal county. Do i have to file through them again?

My adult probation officer informed me that she was "required by law" to receive a notarized letter from my employer - I asked if there was a standard format letter I could review and she said no. I have no issue verifying employment through typical means but I feel a letter that is arbitrary is a bit unfair. I just want someone to show me the "required by law" part???
