  • s, Is it legal to have a mobile home park without a manager on premises. In the laws 33-1436 reads like a manager is assumed.
  • My house foreclosed and was sold at auction on 4/4. On 4/5 I spoke with the new owner and he said he would give me until 4/12 to vacate. Today 4/9 I recieved a Forcible Detainer request form in the mail. DO I need to be out by today?

  • I was evicted for nonpayment of rent March 31. April 2, I notified landlord with letter stating demand for whereabouts and costs for moving and storage of my property. Landlord replied with "when you pay me what you owe, plus moving and storage expenses, then we will talk." Landlord then gave me a $4500 moving and storage bill (her handwriting) in which same moving company quoted me no more than $1800. On the 20th day we contacted landlord where she said it is considered abandoned and that if we contacted her anymore she would file harassment charges on us. What do we do?
  • I agreed to let two people live with me but they don't pay rent or any bills. I can no longer afford the bills it's them there. They were supposed to leave on the 20th. Now they are leaving windows open increasing my bills. Can I lock them out? They have not received mail.

She paid rent one month out of the three months I've been there and paid utilities for the second month only. Can I ask her to leave immediately since she isn't paying rent but gets mail to my resident, or do I have to give her a notice?
