Does my landlord have the right to tell me who can come to my house

I have been living in my rental house for 7 months. The plumbing in the kitchen and bathtub keeps backing up and The landlord has had the plumbers out seven times and still cannot fix the problem. The plumbers told us it was bad pipes and the landlord will not spend the money to fix them. So I cannot use my washer or dryer and when I take a shower I have to stand in the water that backs up. Is that grounds to be able to break my lease?

Can I withhold my rent from my landlord if there is mold in my trailer? I noticed there was mold growing around my sons cooler in his room (a/c unit) , I notified the landlord and told him about it and he promised he would send someone on that money (it’s been 3 weeks now). My son is 9 and has to sleep in the living room because of this problem , I also recently had a baby(she’s 6 months) and would hate for her to get sick from this. What legal action can I take? Also before we moved in we were promised that they would switch out the old bathtub for a new one and new flooring but nothing.

My child who I have custody of due to taking his mother to court for mental heath reasons. With that being said I have taken the paternity with it saying I’m the father, which I knew. what do I do now to get my name on my sons birth certificate. I have his birth certificate with me. His mother will not agreee to sign the necessary paperwork for me to be added onto his birth certificate. What packet would I need to go down to the court and get this case started. The end result is be put on the birth certificate and proceed to change his last name to mine bc mother is not present / active.

My ex boyfriend put a restraining order against me so I couldn't get my things from his apt. separated after restraining order for a few weeks he has made contact with me the whole time (calls to myself and friends and family, text, showing up where I moved to). He also threaten to show up somewhere I am and calling the police. At this point I'm the one being harrassed.
