And the day of my son's birthday a real estate agent who claims to be the property manager comes to my door Saying I had to remove my kids portable kiddie pool. It was 6 ft wide 10 in deep. On my porch next to my front door. She serves me for days later with a notice to terminate lease agreement due to material non-compliance. If there's nothing in the least stating I can't use a kiddie pool. Is this document legal?

I am being charged a fee of $480.00 by a satellite company for cancellation of TV after only 2 weeks of use. I cannot pay $480 and they will not accept $200, nor any kind of monthly payment. I only have one car loan as far as debt. I only get child support as far as income ($300). I go to school full time. A year ago the house I was renting burnt down. It was an accident on my son's(17) part. I have received a bill for about $170,000 to repay the damages. Would Bankruptcy be an option? Can I file with only having this one bill? Would I lose my car since that is all I own now? Do I wait till the bill is older since I just got it?

My boyfriend owes almost $100,000 to the State of California. He is paying off the welfare that his ex wife was on. His paychecks are garnished and as of a few days ago his bank account was too. I was planning on joining the Navy in the spring and we wanted to get married. My question is: Will his child support debt transfer to me?Will they be able to garnish my wages and bank account? Will any of this be put on my credit score?
