  • how do you find out if you are divorced before you spend all that money
  • I live in an apartment complex. On July 26th, 2014, there was a storm and a tree planted on the premises fell onto my car. The apartment complex removed it two days later. They claim it was an "act of God", and won't cover the repairs for the damages to my vehicle. My question is this: Would this fall under the provisions in the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, section 33-1324, Landlord to maintain fit premises?
  • I work for a mobile home community owner. The local municipality supplies our water. They also are responsible for maintenance of the water distribution system up to and including their meter. We then submeter the water at each individual site for each homeowner. We are also responsible for maintaining the distribution system from the City's meter up to and including the meter on each homeowner's site. Then the homeowner is responsible to maintain the system from the submeter cutoff valve into their home. This is the same with all utilities - gas & electricity. Is this correct?
  • I've read that Az. doesn't recognize common law marriage. However, I can't find information to clarify what occurs with a partnership after a given number of years. I've been cohabitating with a lady for 7 years, and recently was told "you've been together long enough that everything you have is community property."   • Can you break a lease for constant theft/damage/ stolen vehicles snd covid 19 jobless? 1 attempted theft 2 damages to a car 1 break in (2 weeks ago) 1 stolen car now We have security to. I've lived in my complex for 2 years. Lease up in August and we are thinking of moving out of state. Yesterday our only car was stolen. Covid 19 already limited work but now fiance cannot find a job as we have no vehicle. When I called about asking to terminate early due to the thefts and covid 19 they said we'd essentially be paying 4 months (60 day notice and termination fees are about 2 months rent).
  • Recently, I have been put under a the protection of a restraining order with out my consent. It lasts one year and I do not wish to remain under it for that long. I'm going to turn 18 in a few months. Is it possible to take the protection of the restraining order off of me when I turn 18?
