  • my father pass away in 2008 he was the one who took care of the bill and finaces for the house my mother and father both retired but my father went back to work after 70 and rebuild the house 2006 and 2007 katrena, my stayed home a way after my father died my had stroke after stroke, dementia, she couldn't remember to pay her bill well i have been taken care of her for seven years she pass 2014 aug. now i have been going back and forth with jp morgan comp. chase bank. to due a remodifaction loan, now i have a letter sayingthe loan has been paid i have to get my own insurance the will not insur
  • I was married to an active military person from 6/1974- 8/1987. The divorce was done solely by my ex husband.I simple received the divorce decree in the mail. I was not aware that been married to an active military for 10 years entitles me to a portion of his retirement. My brother just advised me a week ago that I should have and was entitled to this; so this is the first time that I'm trying to get information on the matter. I was never told or known about this.

  • I was in the hospital and didn't have my insurance information. I called the number given to me by the hospital when I was discharged. The hospital billed my insurance but didn't pass on my insurance to their physicians that saw me or x ray dept. I didn't know this until I was sent to collections over a year later. The insurance denied it due to timely filing laws. Can someone help me to settle/negotiate this debt? The collection agency is not working with me.

  • In a new rental, pet urine smell is very strong, when entering the home. Management rep had stated over the phone that the carpets have been professionally cleaned and has proof, the smell is still overwhelming. Does the property owner have to replace the carpets? is this a cosmetic or sanitary issue?
  • I've lived at an extended stay motel for about 2 years. Last September my cooler went out and my landlord has been saying since then that he will get it fixed by the time hot weather is back. It's now almost 100 degrees here and it still isn't fixed. My landlord acts like he has no responsibility because it's a motel but I'm wondering what I can legally do to remedy this.

I've paid my rent, but the landlord has gone into court to evict everyone. I have no monies as it's the 21st of the month and I don't get s/s till the third of the month. Do I have to live in the street?
  • I had a job as a property manager which one of the perks was a free apartment. I was arrested off property for an non-work related reason. I spent four days in jail. The charges were later dropped. When I returned from jail, I was fired and locked out of my apartment. I believe it was wrongful termination, but that's another matter. My question is even though I was an employee, am I still not covered under the Arizona Landlord/Tenant Act? I think I should have had a 10 day Notice to Vacate.
