On a Saturday night me and my ex got in a fight. It was nothing to big i thought. I went to bed and as I did i punched the wall and put a small hole in it. She slept on the couch. The next day i got up and she was not there. I called her to see where she was and she said that she wanted to separate. That was about 5pm on Sunday. We fought over the phone. I called her twice. Then about 8or9 the cops showed up and took my guns. Tuesday night they showed up again and kicked me out of my house and said she got a protection order against me. How is this possible? And it's for a year.

I'm trying to rent or sell my home which is currently rented. Tenant doesn't want anyone in the home & won't respond to my calls & emails. Do phone messages & emails fullfill the requirements for 2 day entry notice or must i post a notice on door? If so, would you tell me where in the AZ landlord tenant act is notice for entry? Also, for viewing purposes, if I have a viewing for a prospective tenant, may I give a 2-hour window then call the realtor so she can post that realtors may show the home during that 2-hr time too?

My husband wants a divorce and only married 9mo. He moved his girlfriend into our home yes I am still in the home also! This is adultery and illegal in the state of AZ! Our home loan is in his name only but title is in both. We started the paperwork before marriage but closed on the home after married. We have a car loan in both our name. He is telling me that his lawyer said I’m not in titled to anything because he is the one who pays the bills. He is a City Emp with retirement and savings similar to a 401k. He is pushing to sign the divorce papers now and leave with nothing. I helped build!
